Three unique things about this Store is first the affiliate product page i created for The LED Strip, the client needed every attributes for this product hidden except a “See On Amazon” button directing customers to the product page on Amazon. secondly, an 'Order No.' text field in the contact form and thirdly, a complete Wholesale Inquiry Page for B2B Sales. It's just amazing that to increase the number of Videos or Photos displayed, one would only attach a new GET request to the "load more" button, i.e, If i wanted to just display 30 photos or videos, i would just specify the amount per_page to be 30 in the new request.
This was a fun project. The dynamics of inserting the quiz questions was amazing because it allowed for the expansion of the project, for example if i decided to add more questions, all i needed to do was insert them into the database (or in this case into the Array of questions in the JS) and the quiz will read all of them regardless of how many you add and so without any additional modifications to the project. JS looks daunting at start, but for me, this app was the most difficult one. Once I managed to complete it, the other Advanced JS projects seemed much easier.
Here i learnt that with data structures, mapping an array of JSON objects to DOM objects is the common practice. Instead of using a real API i used a mock JSON response to build this beautiful Twitter timeline
